We promise effective and progressive training for students of all fitness levels, at the same time expecting students to give their best at each training session.
Our Muay Thai training takes on many different levels. We have students who embrace the training solely for its physical intensity, students who look for a variety in their training regime, and students who take it to the next level by testing their abilities in the ring.
Whatever the goal, each and every student gets the opportunity to learn our complete system under a controlled, highly organized and professional curriculum. Our trademark is the unique structure of our classes. You will LEARN with us. The communication level between student and teacher here is exceptional.
Not everyone trains to be a fighter. Because not everyone likes to fight, and certainly no one likes to get hurt, we teach control and respect first. As a team, we take care of each other.
We have created a curriculum that allows students of all ages (5-65), genders and physical abilities to learn Muay Thai and benefit incredibly from it.
We are also the ONLY Muay Thai Training Centre in Singapore to have structured progression in Muay Thai. Our structure is derived from our parent Muay Thai centre, Sitchunthong Gym Bangkok, and is endorsed by the Thai government. Exclusive to Sitchunthong Gym and RTF, students can mark their progress by going through all 4 levels of our Muay Thai training. The head of Sitchunthong Gym, and also Thai National Coach Master Chalee Kultharee, will personally test our students. |
